I spent 10 years in the fitness industry — first as a personal trainer, then owning my own gym. I watched hundreds of people start strong and quit by Week 3. Not because they lacked discipline. Because they lacked structure.

After leaving the gym industry, I moved into workplace investigations — high-pressure, high-focus work. The same system that helped my clients stayed with me. Morning routine, consistent training, protecting my focus. Four pillars, every day.
